We are in the process of designing and bringing new products in the near future.
– State Meeting Report: Tony went over the items from the State Meeting. The State Meeting was held in Norton, KS. The shower trailer has been purchased for the Labor Day Rally. It is currently sitting at the shower location at the rally site. There was a good turn-out for Bikers Under the Dome. Bud would like to give a special shout out to Senator Haley, for his involvement and outstanding demeanor. See the State Meeting Report in the Newsletter for the items from the state meeting.
Old/New Business.
Next on the agenda was the District 5 Bike Games held at the Labor Day Rally. Bud C introduced himself, and spoke on the topic. Bud spoke about the history of District 5’s involvement with the games, as well as where the games came from. He discussed some of the issues we are having with the games now, and what the district is doing to address the issues. Bud has gathered the names and contact information of those in the district (and a few from
outside the district) who work on the field during the games. A committee has been formed and are meeting in the near future to discuss the original rules, any modifications needing to make to the original rules, any games needing to be put back in or removed. Also, any changes or upgrades to any of the gaming equipment. All of this needs to be done and presented in order for all of those participating in the games, working or playing, can be in solid understanding, without question, what is expected during the event, which everyone looks forward to each year.
